ABC,(Association of Bridal Consultants) Indianapolis
Just returned From a fabulous convention in Indianapolis with about 300 of the top wedding professional from around the world. One of my favorite things about the convention, are the amazing table scape's and all the great designs. It really shows how the tables are so important to the room and they set the tone for the whole event.
Chandelier of crystals. At the "Diamonds are a girls best friend" Cocktail party.

Each meal we had, was fully set as a wedding reception.
The Indiana Planners really did a great job with the tables.
BBJ did all the linens for each meal. They used some of the new lines for 2010. I can't wait to get the chance to use some of them. Each table was set so well, it really showed the importance of candle light, flowers, napkins, and menu cards. Each table becomes it's own creation. Not all the tables need to be the same either. We had 3 different table scape's at each event.
One of our keynote speakers from "Design + Details" showed us how a bride can achieve her dream table even on a budget.

The Designer took a photo the bride gave him and set three different tables to show how to get the look for 35,000, for 15,000 and for 6,000. Each table kept the key elements the bride was looking for. Working with a great designer is wonderful. Some brides feel it is too expensive, however if you are using a designer they know how to give you what you want within your budget and make it look like a Million bucks!
